KORG Nutube
KORG's Nutube technology is seeing a meteoric rise in popularity amongst amplifiers, synths, stage pianos and more. This fabulous piece of technology offers instruments/amplifiers those same characteristic rich overtones that valve amps are renowned for, but the Nutubes themself are much smaller, robust, lightweight, and above all power-efficient than conventional vacuum tubes.
Including a Nutube into the circuitry of a Tubescreamer is a stroke of genius, as you can now get a genuinely authentic-sounding, hard-driven valve-amp characteristic from the pedal itself!
High Grade Electronics
In addition to the Nutube, Ibanez have included their most advanced circuitry yet in the NTS. The Relay True Bypass nature of the pedal ensures that the quality of your guitar's tone is preserved, regardless of how hard you push the drive circuit. The addition of a Mix control takes this even further, allowing you to determine just how much of the overall output is Overdrive, and how much is Clean, so your guitar's articulation and clarity need never be sacrificed.
