Made with Ash and Mahogany wings and featuring a Poplar Burl top, the Ibanez BTB845V 01 5-string bass is visually stunning.
The stylished body adds to that great aesthetic while providing easy reach of the upper frets.
Attached to the body is a BTB5 5-piece Maple and Walnut neck which boasts graphite reinforcement rods and neck-through construction giving you incredible stability and improved sustain.
Highly Versatile Electronics
The main source of the Ibanez BTB845 01's powerful tone is a set of two Bartolini BH2 pickups.
Boasting a punchy mid-range underscored by a tight bottom-end and smooth response, the tone from these pickups is fantastic.
Furthermore, their dual-coil style configuration provides increased articulation while their long blade pole pieces ensure balanced response across all the strings.
Featuring Ibanez Custom Electronics, the Ibanez BTB845V 01 has a 3-band EQ so you can tailor your tone to perfect.
A mid frequency switch is also on board so you can be even more precise with your tone shaping.
