Japanese Crafting
Made in Japan, the Ibanez AS200 01 semi-acoustic guitar is boasts the highest standards of construction.
The body is made from flamed maple which shows up beautifully through the stunning vintage yellow sunburst finish.
The double cutaway body of the Ibanez AS200 allows for easy reach of the upper frets.
Attached to the body is a 3-piece African mahogany Artstar set-in neck which holds a bound ebony fretboard.
Atop the fretboard are medium frets for easy, all-around playability.
Enhancing that playability, the frets have received a Prestige fret edge treatment making them incredibly smooth and comfortable.
Versatile Tone
Giving the Ibanez AS200 its incredible voice is a set of two Super 58 humbucking pickups.
These humbuckers deliver a variety of tones, giving you everything you need for chugging riffs to searing leads.
There are also several controls for shaping your sound with each pickup having its own tone and volume controls.
A Tri-Sound switch is also on board, giving you even more tonal options while a 3-way pickup selector allows you to choose between using either pickup or both at once.
