The Gretsch Renown Maple Rock 2013 3 Piece kit in Silver Oyster Pearl is a super stylish kit for the modern drummer. Featuring a 24" bass drum, 16" floor tom, and 13" rack tom this kit is made for big, warm, chunky drum sounds with great projection.

The 24x16" bass drum offers a fullness of tone without loss of attack, while the 13x9" rack and 16x16" floor toms offer a great depth of tone across highs and lows. With a great combination of projection and sensitivity the Gretsch Renown offers the ability to work across all genres and decades of music. From the clean hip hop sounds of the 80s and 90s, the big powerful rock and roll of the 60s, to the smooth grooves of the 1950s this kit will make sure you're ready for anything.
The shells consist of 6 plies of North American maple and feature Gretsch's signature internal silver seal. All shells have a 30-degree bearing edge for a warm, full tone.
The kit also features upgraded G1 tamper brackets which allow the rack tom to resonant freely without being dampened by bracket contact with the shell. The kit also has G1 TR wingnuts for secure positioning and Remo USA Skins.
The Renown Maple Rock in Silver Oyster Pearl is the perfect combination of style and substance. The oyster pearl finish is reminiscent of old school jazz kits but has a modern feel to sit perfectly in any current band aesthetic.
