Built in the spirit of the classic 4 piece Jazz kits, the Catalina Club is a modern take on the traditional.
The Gretsch Catalina Club - Classic Tone with Contemporary Hardware
Consisting of a bop size 18x14 bass drum, 14x14 floor, 12x8 rack with a 14x5.5 snare drum, the Catalina has a small footprint with a big tone. A 7 ply Mahogany shell construction combined with 30 degree bearing edges create a vintage warm and punchy tone, remenisant of the Jazz era.
The Catalina Club hardware provides a nod to Gretsch's long standing tradition while providing a modern look that brings this kit into the present. Featuring a "gas cap" bass drum mount plate and lightweight mini GTS mounting system, and reliable Gretsch T-Wing screws and bolts this kit is very user friendly.
The bass drum features include telescopic bass drum spurs and matching wood bass drum hoops, while the tom and snare drums feature 1.6 mm triple flanged hoops. All drums come with Remo drum heads as standard.
This kit is perfect for gigging those small venues and Jazz club gigs, but still packs a punch when it comes to larger venues. If you're looking for a kit that provides a retro sound but want a modern look, this is the kit for you.

Returns
