In the 1970s, Fender introduced a new and improved take on the Fender Telecaster.
Known as the Fender Telecaster Deluxe, this new model boasted a new style and came equipped with dual Wide-Range humbuckers.

Classic Style
Certain hallmarks of the original Fender Telecaster are there such as the cutaway for easy upper fret access.
However, the Fedner Telecaster Deluxe also took things in a new direction with a different pickguard that extedned to the upper bout and the large Strat style headstock.
The alder body of the Fender Vintera Road Worn 70s Telecaster Deluxe sports a Road Worn relic ageing to give it instant character.
Furthermore, the Fender Vintera Road Worn 70s Telecaster Deluxe has been treated to a nitrocellulose lacquer finish, just like the originals.
As a result, the guitar will age beautifully over time.
Attached to the body is a maple neck with a medium "C" shape. The neck also features a Road Worn nitrocellulose lacquer finish so it has great character.
Excellent Electronics
Two Wide-Range humbuckers have been installed on the Fender Vintera Road Worn 70s Telecaster Deluxe.
These pickups have been revoiced to give you authentic, original bright and punchy '70s Fender Tele Deluxe tone.
Dedicated volume and tone controls so you can get the mix and shaping just right between the two.
You also have a three-way pickup switch to select either pickup indiviudally or both at once for three distinct flavours.
High Quality Hardware
Fitted to the body of the Fender Vintera Road Worn 70s Telecaster Deluxe is a Strat style hardtail bridge.
Thanks to its strings-through-body design, this bridge increases sustain.
As was traditional back in the 1970s, the bridge holds six bent steel saddles which can be individually adjusted for perfect intonation.
Up on the head stock, you'll find six Fender Vintage "F" stamped tuning machines providing secure tuning and great, old-school style.
