Mahogany Body
Usually the body on a Fender Stratocaster would be crafted from Alder or (in rarer cases) Ash, but for this guitar the company have opted for Mahogany, but with the classic Fender Olympic White finish.
Whilst Alder and Ash will give the guitar that telltale brightness and snap that the Strat is renowned for, with Mahogany you get a much warmer sound, with a richer midrange that's makes the ideal partner for Alnico Humbucker pickups.

Roaring Humbuckers
As mentioned above, in place of the more-traditional trio of Single Coil pickups, this Blacktop Stratocaster is equipped with a trio of powerful, Gold-finished, Alnico humbuckers.
These pickups combine perfectly with the Mahogany body to deliver a rich array of tones that sound incredible with a clean signal, and simply sublime with overdrive or distortion effects.
