Built to Perform
The basswood body of the Wolfgang WG Standard features a special "comfort cut" forearm contour for easy playability and enhanced comfort.
Attached to the body is a Maple neck that benefits from a slick oiled finish and gives you the great playability of the Wolfgang backshape.
You can easily adjust the truss rod with a spoke wheel that is conveniently located at the base of the neck.
What's more, with graphite reinforcement rods installed, the neck will withstand warping due to temperature and humidity changes.
Atop the neck is a Maple fretboard with rolled edges for added comfort and smooth playability.
Furthermore, the fretboard boasts a 12" - 16" compound radius so you have the optimum playing surface wherever you are on the neck.
Dual EVH Wolfgang Humbuckers
Giving this EVH Wolfgang guitar its powerful howl is a set of EVH Wolfgang humbucking pickups.
Following on from Eddie Van Halen himself who pioneered this installation technique, the pickups are mounted directly to the body of the EVH Wolfgang WG Standard.
As a result you get improved vibration transfer which translates to increased sustain so this electric guitar can really sing.
Made to Van Halen's own exacting specifications, two black "Speed" control knobs are installed for the Volume and Tone, boasting smooth 500k pots so you can easily find your perfect sound.
Last but not least; a three-way toggle switch allows you to choose between using either pickup individually or both at once.
High Quality Hardware
Fitted to the headstock are EVH-branded tuning machines providing precise and secure tuning of your strings.
On the body of the EVH Wolfgang WG Standard is an EVH-branded Floyd Rose Special double-locking tremolo bridge so you can perform all the deep dive bombs and raucous bends just like Eddie.
This bridge works in tandem with the Floyd Rose R2 locking nut to provide rock-solid tuning stability.
Adding to the great looks of the Wolfgang WG Standard electric guitar, all the hardware is black in stark contrast to the glowing Gold Top finish and Maple fretboard.
