Expertly Crafted
The body of this EVH Wolfgang WG Standard Exotic electric guitar features a special "comfort cut" forearm contour for increased ease of playing.
With its spalted maple top and masked-off natural body binding, this guitar has strikingly good looks.
Attached to the body is a baked maple neck which features graphite reinforcement rods for great stability and resistance against adverse temperature and humidity.
The neck has been carved and rolled to Eddie Van Halen's own specifications and features an oiled finish on the back. As a result, the EVH Wolfgang WG Standard Exotic offers superb speed and playing comfort.
Atop the neck is a 12" - 16" compound radius baked maple fretboard offering the optimum playing area wherever you are on the neck. This larger radius is particularly suited to wide bends as you'll have no danger of fretting out.
Authentic Van Halen Tone
Giving you awesome and authentic Eddie Van Halen tone is a set of two EVH Wolfgang humbuckers.
These pickups have been direct mounted to the EVH Wolfgang WG Standard Exotic's body to increase sustain.
Set to Eddie Van Halen's exacting specifications, two domed control knobs (one each for tone and volume) are on board with smooth 500k pots allowing you to get the exact sound you want.
A 3-position toggle gives you the option of using either pickup individually or both at once.
High Quality Hardware
Fitted to the body of the EVH Wolfgang WG Standard Exotic Spalted Maple is a Floyd Rose Special locking tremolo bridge.
This bridge works with the R2 locking nut to offer fantastic tuning stability, enhanced sustain, precise intonation and all the divebombs and horse whinnies you could need keeping in tune. Plus, it's EVH-branded to keep that awesome style going throughout.
Up on the headstock, you'll find six EVH-branded tuning machines offering precise and secure tuning of all your strings.
