You get three channels from this 50-watt head, each with distinct tone.
When using Channel One, you will get crystal-clear, clean tone. Switch over to Channel Two and enjoy increased gain for extended sustain along with improved low-mid frequency definition.
Furthermore, channels One and Two feature independent dual concentric gain/volume controls to give you great tone customisation.
Channel Three has its own gain, volume and three-band EQ controls for an extra level of sound shaping depth.
Great Power and Versatility
Along with the tonal versatility from its three distinct channels and array of controls, you also have great options for cabinets.
The EVH 5150III 50S 6L6 head has switchable output impedance giving you the options of 4, 8 and 16 ohms.
Seven JJ ECC83 preamp valves and a set of two Shuguang 6L6 power valves drive your tone while adjustable bias control gives you even more potential for customising your output.
A four-button footswitch allows for instant changes on the fly while an effects loop and direct out give you some great options when playing live or in the studio.
Along with dual speaker output jacks there's also a headphone jack which is great for practice while a MIDI input gives you even more performance potential.
