This guitar comes with a dual-cutaway for great upper fret access.

Solid SG Crafting
The neck is a mahogany 60's SlimTaper, with an Indian Laurel fingerboard atop completed with 22 Medium Jumbo frets and 12" fingerboard radius.
This offers you a superior comfortable and fast feeling playing experience. Great for spine-tingling solos and chugging chunky chops.
The Cherry finish is the classic one, and the best one.
Epiphone Alnico Classic PRO Pickups
The SG Standard features a pair of Epiphone Alnico Classic PRO pickups fitted.
These pickups produce that classic SG tone, easily recognisable with a wide range of sounds. Diversive and thick, great for raw blues-rock and defined metal sounds.
Cutting through the mix, the Classic PRO Pickups are ideal for every design of music.
Tonal Control
A three-way toggle lets you select one or the other pickup, or both pickups at the same time.
This offers you a score of different tones, with separate volume and tone controls.
You can mix up the tones, find an ideal or a set of perfect tones that you can use for your individual needs.
Quality Hardware
To deliver fine stability, the Epiphone SG Standard features all-metal Nickel hardware.
Featured in the body of the guitar, the LockTone ABR Tune-o-matic Bridge and Stopbar tailpiece. This allows you to commit a fast setup and detailed intonation.
At the other end, on the headstock, you'll find a set of solid Grover Rotomatic machine heads 18:1 ratio.
Please Note: Although this guitar is listed as featuring Grover tuning machines, it may instead ship with Wilkinson tuners fitted. This is because Epiphone are currently in the process of altering their current acoustic and electric guitar model specs, with this being one of the key changes.
