Renowned for his growling bass solo's and devastating grooves, Geezer Butler has been an inspiration for rock and metal bassplayers for more than 50 years. Not only was he the bassplayer for what is widely regarded as the world's very first heavy metal band (Black Sabbath, just in case you didn't know), but he was also the very first bassist to record using a Wah pedal.
Therefore it's only fitting that Dunlop have now collaborated with the awesome low-end purveyor in the creation of his very own signature Cry Baby, a wah pedal designed specifically with bassists in mind.
Big & Heavy with a Punchy Midrange
This pedal is the result of Dunlop taking the aggresive Cry Baby 95Q Wah and modifying it's sweep, so that your low-end integrity is held firm by mixing the sweep with a portion of your dry signal, smoothly removing it as you move towards the toe-down position to boost your midrange.
