The Acoustic Model is a piezo-electric transducer that can be mounted in any location on the guitar’s top. A non-hardening putty is used to mount the pickup, allowing simple installation and removal.
Every acoustic guitar has its own balance of highs, mids and lows, and it’s easy to experiment with the position of the Acoustic Model to determine the spot that achieves the best tone for your taste.
It can also be semi-permanently mounted on the inside face of the guitar and connected to an acoustic endpin jack, so it’s practically invisible. The Acoustic Model works on all steel, bronze, and nylon string instruments.

Returns
If you and your item aren’t getting along, you have 14 days from when you receive the goods to contact our PMT experts either by phone or email to return your item.
*Please note, we cannot accept returns of:
- Special/Custom Orders - Any order that is custom or has been personalised.
- Products with Hygiene Seals - Microphones, any in-ear earphones, monitors, orchestral instruments with mouthpieces and any other items that touch your mouth, nose or inner ear if you have broken the hygienic seal on the packaging.
