The Custom Shop 50 guitar valve amplifier head is constructed of only the best amp parts available and selected especially by Orange, thus creating an amp head that sounds amazing and will last the test of time, whether using is gigging on the road or in the recording studio.

50w Class A/B & 30w Class A Modes

Able to switch between 50 and 30 watts, the Custom Shop 50 can provide both classic, clear tones, while being able to produce a vintage British rock sound that you'll never grow tired off. In addition to the 50w and 30w output options there's also the Class A and Class B modes to choose from, each one completely altering the amps feel and response: Class for a wonderfully chiming sound, Class A/B to open up those mids to give yourself a warmer, fuller kick.

HF Drive Control

Add plenty of saturation to the output valves and fine tune those upper mids to your heart's content, this works exquisitely at high volume levels. The EQ section itself is highly responsive and works brilliantly in tandem with your Gain control. With the addition of the HF Drive you can fine tune those upper harmonics and even add negative feedback at the output stage, giving you a nice thick overdrive that cuts right through the mix.

Footswitchable EQ Lift

Break out into an awe-inspiring solo with bags of sustain at the simple stomp of a footswitch, but without overly saturating your sound and losing that perfect tone. The EQ lift has the ability to add a nice singing sustain and fill out your sound at just the right moment.
