Classic '70s Fender Strat Style
Paying tribute to the Fender Stratocaster of the 1970s, the Squier Classic Vibe '70s Stratocaster has that authentic large headstock style.
The slim "C"-shaped neck profile gives you a comfortable and fast playing feel. The neck also features a vintage-tinted gloss finish for an authentically aged look.
The Indian Laurel fretboard holds 21 narrow tall frets. Both taller and narrower than medium jumbo frets, narrow tall frets are great for performing bends.
Fender-Designed Alnico Pickups
Giving you authentic Fender tone, the Squier Classic Vibe 70s Stratocaster is fitted with three Fender-Designed single-coil alnico pickups.
A 5-position blade allows you to choose which pickups you’re using from the following options:
- Position 1. Bridge Pickup
- Position 2. Bridge and Middle Pickup
- Position 3. Middle Pickup
- Position 4. Middle and Neck Pickup
- Position 5. Neck Pickup
You can further shape your sound with the Master Volume control and two tone controls.
Vintage-Style Hardware
Fitted to the body of the Classic Vibe Stratocaster is a vintage-style synchronised tremolo bridge with classic stamped steel saddles, offering fantastic sustain and tuning stability.
As a tremolo bridge, it allows you to perform with that great dynamic whammy bar action to add more expression to your performance.
Up on the headstock, you'll find vintage-style tuning machines boasting old-school good looks while providing optimal tuning action.
All the hardware is nickel-plated too, making it extremely durable while adding to that fantastic vintage look.
