The Casio Privia Pro PX-560 Digital Piano, an awesome addition to Casio’s immensely popular Privia digital piano family.

Pro PX-560 Digital Piano

From the get go, with its striking blue design, you know the Casio PX-560 is different. Coming to you with some of Casio’s most impressive technology, this easy-to-use digital piano has some fantastic features to enhance your sound and inspire your performance.

Touch Screen Interface

Allowing you a new level of control, the PX-560 comes equipped with Casio’s new Colour Touch Interface.

With a bright 5.3” display screen, you’ll find it clear and easy to read; even in dark stage conditions.

While providing you with a comprehensive set of functions, the interface is surprisingly simple and easy to navigate with familiar images making it easy to select instruments and functions.

Extremely inspiring, the PX-560 is a fantastic instrument to experiment with and carve out your own unique sound.

Hammer Action Keyboard

To achieve a fantastic playing feel to match the incredibly lifelike sound of the PX-560, Casio have installed their famous Tri-Sensor Scaled Hammer Action II keyboard.

Featuring new simulated Ebony and Ivory textured keys, this has the feel of a real grand piano and its three sensors accurately capture the dynamics of your performance.

Casio’s own proprietary Hammer Response simulates the different speeds at which the different sized hammers move inside an acoustic grand piano while taking into account the velocity of your performance for an extremely accurate key-to-sound experience.

Amazing Piano Sound Engine

Utilising Casio’s proprietary sound source; AiR (Acoustic and intelligent Resonator) provides the Privia PX-560 amazingly lifelike grand piano sounds.

In order to achieve this amazing sound, Casio recorded the sound of a 9-foot concert grand piano at four dynamic levels, with the AiR engine delivering the sound with seamless dynamics for an extremely expressive and powerful performance.

AiR even simulates Damper Resonance when you use the damper pedal in order to achieve another level in realistic piano sound.

Linear Morphing technology creates smooth transitions between soft and loud sounds to further retain dynamics in the performance while delivering an ultra-realistic sound.

A huge maximum polyphony of 256 notes means you don’t have to worry about notes dropping off, even when performing particularly complex phrases.

Individually impressive, these traits combine to deliver an extremely realistic concert grand piano experience.

Flagship Synthesizer Technology

Casio have taken their Hex Layer technology, as used in the flagship Privia Pro PX-5S and it included it here, making the PX-560 not only a fantastic stage piano but an awesome synthesizer in its own right.

Create huge splits and layers with four zones and up to a total of 14 layers at once. You can even edit the Tones to create your very own sounds, sculpting your own sonic identity.

Three realtime control knobs and a modulation wheel allow you to control, all of which can control up to two parameters at once, allow for change on the fly for fantastically dynamic live performance.

Comprehensive and extensive modulation, filters and envelopes mean that the Privia Pro PX-560 is perfect for the keys player that wants to incorporate a full-fledged synthesizer into their performance.

Additional Sounds - Huge Potential

With 550 tones covering a huge variety of genres and instruments, the PX-560 continues to surprise, excite and inspire.

Guitars, basses, strings, drums and a whole lot more are all included and enhanced by powerful onboard DSP effects for a massive range of options.

220 built-in rhythms allow you to setup multiple instruments to follow your playing to create a backing band that plays in whatever style of music you choose. You can also create up to 30 User Rhythms yourself and 100 of your own music presets encompassing rhythm, tones, effects and chord progressions.

Perfect for Live Performance

Designed for the stage, the PX-560 is very lightweight and can integrated into your existing live setup with ease.

¼” outputs and inputs allow for a range of connectivity options with your PA system and multi-keyboard rigs.

Dual pedal inputs can also be configured to accommodate expression pedals, damper pedals and footswitches.

Additional Features

A 17-track MIDI recorder with a bank of editing features along with a USB audio recorder allow you to record your compositions in great quality. Just plug in a USB stick to record your audio files directly.

Using the audio inputs, you can turn the PX-560 into your own private studio, recording external instruments and combining them with

Split and layer capabilities of the PX-560 allow you to play bass in your left hand while you can perform with two layered tones with your right hand.

Duet mode allows you to split the keyboard into to equal ranges which is perfect for lessons with the student and teacher sitting side by side or performing duets with a friend or fellow band member.

Classroom mode gives you the ability to send each side of the keyboard to separate audio outputs so it is compatible with popular third-party piano lab systems.

USB and USB MIDI connectivity allow you to connect to your iOS device, PC or Mac and use it with your favourite music software and DAWs, all without needed any drivers.

Whether practicing at home or performing on stage, the Privia Pro PX-560 delivers on all fronts.
