Fantastic Tone
The Blackstar 6L6 valve amp design has been kept simple in order to focus on delivering superior tone, and offers you 10 watts of classic vintage American clean tone with some great sound-shaping controls.
The control panel on top of the Blackstar Studio 10 6L6 gives you easy access to everything you need, with controls for gain, tone, reverb and the Master Volume.
You’ll also find a drive switch here which can be activated by hand or with the included 1-button footswitch, along with Power and standby switches that are accompanied by a classic red jewel power light, for that old-school effect.
Fantastic Features
One of the coolest features found on the Blackstar Studio 10 6L6 guitar amplifier is its built-in overdrive circuit, which is derived from Blackstar’s hugely popular HT-Drive pedal and gives your tone all the drive it needs to deliver some serious crunch while retaining clarity and smoothness.
While the Overdrive circuit can be activated with the included 1-button footswitch, if you use a 2-button footswitch (available seperately) you can also activate the built-in Reverb for more versatile performance options.
Another great feature on the Studio 10 6L6 is its emulated output on the rear of the guitar amp, giving you emulated cab sound even when plugged directly into the mixer or audio interface – great for studio recording.
