The new Blackstar ID Core 40 stereo improves on the old model tremendously, offering better amp models, more effects (including a new 'Envolope Filter') and the return of Blackstar's patented ISF control.
What Is ISF?
The patented ISF feature is an ace in Blackstar's pocket. This single control knob allows the user to determine whether the amp carries a more British Plexi amp characteristic or rather an American Tweed style sound.
This feature is incredibly simple to use, and works very effectively on the Blackstar ID Core 40 amplifier.
