Fantastic Clean Tones
You have two very distinct channels to choose between on the Blackstar HT-1RH MkII which both feature two footswitchable voices each.
When using the Clean channel, you have American and British inspired voices to perform with.
Select the American style voice and you get a clean, bright and refined tone with solid bass response.
When the British voice is selected, you get a highly responsive chime with looser bottom end. You can drive this voice hard to get some great midrange overdrive.
Awesome Overdrive
The Overdrive channel also has two voices, both of which delivering some solid high gain tones without unwanted fizzy top end.
Classic British Blackstar overdrive can be found on voice 1, giving you rich and natural tones that can be played clean or pushed to achieve Super Crunch.
Voice 2 gives you High Gain overdrive inspired by the popular HT Venue MkII overdrive. This voice delivers high end aggression with tight yet resonant low end.
Great New Features
In addition to the four footswitchable voices, the Blackstar HT-1RH MkII boasts a few more great new features.
Firstly, the amp has a great new look with stage-friendly chickenhead style knobs.
On the rear, you’ll find a USB audio out for easy recording. There’s also a headphone output onboard featuring emulated output so you can get great cab sound without the cab.
So you can get just the sound you’re looking for, the HT-1RH MkII has some great sound shaping features.
This includes a newly voiced digital reverb along with Blackstar’s patented ISF tone control, volume and gain knobs.
In addition, there’s an mp3/line in so you can play your favourite songs through the amp or use it to pipe in some backing tracks.
