2 By participating in the Birthday Promotion, you confirm that you have read and agree to be legally bound by the Birthday Promotion Terms and Conditions.

4 Birthday Promotion Entry Requirements: To qualify to participate, you must:

·       be subscribed to PMT - Play Music Today Newsletter.

·       provide your date of birth when requested. 

·       live in the United Kingdom.

·       Be 16 years or older.

·       Purchase online only – this promotion is not available for in store purchases.

Note: Purchases made using via V12 finance will not qualify and will be automatically denied access to the promotion and the order will not be fulfilled by PMT - Play Music Today. Klarna finance purchases are included within this promotion.

5 Gift Card purchases are not included within this promotion.

6 Persons who fulfil the requirements of clause 4 above will be referred to as “Qualifying Participants” for the purposes of the Campaign, PMT - Play Music Today must process your personal information to validate your purchase.

The Reward

7 All Qualifying Participants will receive £10 off a £200 spend within the same transaction for a 48-hour period only. 

8 The 48-hour period begins from the point email notification is sent to you confirming your qualification for the promotion.

9 PMT - Play Music Today employees will not be allowed to enter the Campaign.

10 Qualifying Participants cannot participate in the Campaign more than once in a 12-month period. 

11 If for any reason, the Birthday Promotion cannot run as planned because of any technical failures, unauthorised intervention, computer virus, mobile network failure, stock unavailability, tampering, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Birthday Promotion, we reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or cancel the Campaign and/or to disqualify any individual who (whether directly or indirectly) causes (or has caused) the problem.

12 PMT - Play Music Today may vary the terms of or cancel the Campaign at any time. PMT - Play Music Today may vary or cancel the Campaign at any time without any liability to any person involved directly or indirectly in the Campaign.

13 The reward is not transferable for cash or other items.

14 PMT - Play Music Today cannot be held liable for any loss, expense or damage to any person participating in the Campaign.

15 A failure by PMT - Play Music Today to enforce any one of the terms and conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any Qualifying Participant. If PMT - Play Music Today does not enforce a provision, this will not mean that PMT - Play Music Today has given up on or lost any rights.

16 PMT - Play Music today will not assume any liability to any participant, or Qualifying Participant in connection with or arising out of the Campaign however it is caused, including for any costs, expenses, forfeited rewards, damages and other liabilities. 

17 These Campaign Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
