You get 200 watts of pure Ashdown tone with the Ashdown NEWT and you can use it to power a combination of cabinets.
With its minimum load of 4 Ohms, the Ashdown NEWT can power 2 x 16 ohms with ease and can deliver around 75+ watts through a single 16 ohm cabinet.
With the Ashdown NEWT on board, all you have to do is take your guitar and pedalboard to gigs and enjoy an incredibly portable set up.

While it's been made to work perfectly for guitarists using lots of pedals, modellers and effects processors, the Ashdown NEWT can be used entirely on its own.
You have easily accessible 3-band EQ knobs to boost and cut the bass, middle and treble frequencies as you see fit. There's also a scoop setting to further help you fine-tune your sound.
With the Ashdown Newt's balanced XLR DI, you don't even have to go into a cabinet. You can go straight from the Ashdown NEWT into the PA and enjoy fantastic Ashdown sound.
What's more, with the Ashdown NEWT's -10dB passive/active pad, you can keep everything under control with ease.
Plus, when you need it, the Ashdown NEWT has a headphone output which is perfect for private practice at home or quietly working on tunes while on the road.
