Deal 11 - Subscribe to win Gretsch Guitar & Dagan Guitar Lesson - Launch Friday 11/12/20

Entrants must fully complete the competition instructions outlined on the 12 deals of Christmas webpage to be eligible for the prize draw.

The Prize is for 1 x Gretsch Guitar (Model of Guitar TBC) and Lesson with Dagan (Youtube/PMT Staff) there is no cash or prize alternative.

Giveaway runs from 11th December 2020 at 00:00am til 13th December 2020 23:59. Any entries submitted after will not be entered into the prize draw.

Employees or contractors of Professional Music Technology, 3rd parties involved in the competition and their immediate family, operators of its brands and concessions, or anyone directly connected with Professional Music Technology will not be eligible to enter the prize draw.

A randomly selected winner will receive 1 Gretsch Guitar (model of guitar TBC) and zoom guitar lesson. To enter the prize draw entrants must subscribe to PMTVUK YouTube channel and enter email address via the link in the description comment section (by 13th December 2020 at 23:59pm). 

You will need a valid YouTube account to enter this prize draw.

All entrants (including the winner(s)) must comply with any reasonable directions given to him or her by the Promoter in connection with the Competition. 

Failure to comply with such directions may result in an invalid Entry and/or withdrawal of the Prize. 

By entering the Competition, if you are a Winner you agree to your entry being published and to take part in and co-operate fully with all reasonable publicity accompanying or resulting from this Competition e.g. to promote the lesson with Dagan or post competition winnings via social media, without further recompense. 

The Winner of the Competition automatically grants the Promoter with a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable licence to use your name and likeness to promote the Competition on its official social media accounts and its official website. Entrants will be required to film their zoom lesson with Dagan and gives permission for PMT to promote this over all social media channels. Winners may be asked to take part in social media posts once prizes have been received.

Entrants must be over 18 years of age and can be based worldwide.

No purchase necessary.

If selected winners do not reply within 3 days their prize will be sent to a runner-up.

Entries sent before and after the competition will not be counted as valid entries.

One entry per person.

Winner will be announced after the giveaway has ended (23:59 on 13th December 2020) and contacted via email account supplied to arrange prize delivery no more than 30 days after the competition closing date (13/12/2020) This competition is promoted by Professional Music Technology and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Youtube. 

No responsibility is accepted for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, lost, delayed or are unable to be submitted due to any technical or other reason.

Proof of sending of any entry will not be proof of PMT’s receipt of that entry.
