By entering this draw, winners agree for Allianz Musical Insurance to contact them directly to determine the terms on which we offer cover, deal with your policy and provide you with renewal quotations. When answering any questions, it is important to answer the question to the best of your knowledge, as any incorrect information could result in a claim not being paid or may affect the cover we provide and will be recorded.
