1. Visit the IK website here: https://www.ikmultimedia.com/products/productmanager/

2. Download and install the IK Product Manager utility - select either Mac or Windows version.

3. Start up the IK Product Manager and log-in or create an IK account.

4. In the IK Product Manager, click on ‘Manage My Products’ and type in your serial number in the red box labelled ‘+Register Product’
