EXCELLENT
I was recommended PMT by my guitar instructor and was and dealt with mike who was the manager ,it was my first guitar I have ever bought and was blown away by the ships set up , very friendly and very relaxed atmosphere , I did explain my budget at the start but was I shown guitars that were close and way below my budget so I never felt that it was about a sale....just finding me the correct guitar, I was left alone to decide and with a bit of much needed guidance I've found my perfect first guitar and would highly recommended PMT and mike in particular Thanks for great experience Gary Douglas

Overview

Epiphone Casino Coupe, Cherry

Combining the classic Casino with the streamlined body shape of an ES-339, the Casino Coupe is a versatile rock tone machine modelled on the guitar used by the likes of Keith Richards, Gary Clark Jr and The Beatles. The tonewoods, neck and pickups are all the same as the legendary Archtop, but with a much more comfortable, condensed body size. The maple body construction offers a bright, snappy tone well suited for a wide range of musical styles, balanced out with the mahogany neck that warms things up and is super comfortable to play.

A classic hollowbody employed by Paul McCartney for the iconic Beatles sound. Vintage looks and hardware give the Casino unique stage appeal.

A pair of single-coil P-90 pickups are the engine that drives the power of the Casino. With a full rounded tone, the P-90 is the “all purpose” pickup, capable of sharp lead tones, clean rhythm punch, and gritty, easily controllable feedback. And combined with the pure hollowbody of the Coupe, a guitarist can achieve almost acoustic tones at low volume.

The archtop’s all Nickel hardware includes the LockTone Tune-o-matic bridge and a Coupe-sized Trapeze tailpiece. The vintage “Epiphone” logo is in pearloid and the Kalamazoo-era “bullet” truss rod cover, also a feature of 60s Casinos, has the Epi “E” logo in white silkprint.
