The excellent ZVex Vexter '59 manages to emulate the much sought-after sounds of the legendary '59 Bassman guitar amp.
Simply hook the '59 Sound up to your pedal circuit, and set your amp to a clean setting to get a taste of the naturally transparent and dynamic overdrive that the '59 Bassman was renowned for.
2 Circuits, 1 Box!
As you'll notice from the above images, this excellent effects pedal features two different activation switches - one for "Boost" and one for "Rock".
The "Rock" channel gives you that legendary '59 Bassman overdrive and distortion voice that helped shape the sound of the 1960s.
With the dedicated Boost circuit though, you get plenty of extra headroom, giving you increased volume and grit when needed.

True to the original '59 Sound, this Vexter '59 Sound Vertical is designed to react to your guitar's base tone, perfectly complimenting the audible differences between different pickup types and tonewood combinations.
In other words, whether you're using a thick-sounding dual humbucker guitar, or a set of bright and sparkly single coil pickups, your guitar's natural tone will shine through and be perfectly complimented by that gorgeous tube-like overdrive.
