Yamaha's Acoustic Res-onance Enhancement (A.R.E) is a thing of legend that gives the Sitka Spruce Tops of the A-Series the appearance and tonal response of aged wood.New Preamp System
The preamp system on the AC3M has been streamlined with simplified controls, which features controls for a 2-band EQ (Treble/Bass), auto feedback reduction, two different mic type simulations, Piezo/SRT simulation blend control and volume. Other new features of Yamaha A-series also includes a new matte neck finish and an integrated battery box in the end-pin jack, which reduces acoustic sound loss and give the body-end better balance.
