Classic Body Design - Dreadnought style acoustic guitars are prized by players the world over, for their potent tone and vibrant voice. This particular gutiar body is ideal for flatpickers and strummers alike.
Exquisite Tonewood Selection - For the body on this guitar Taylor have opted for a Maple back and sides, with a Lutz Spruce top piece. The Spruce top offers a rich and powerful response, with plenty of volume potential. In addition to this, the Maple body produces a warm, complex tone, with impressive natural volume, sustain, and response.
Superb Playability - In addition to sounding incredible, the 250ce DLX is equipped with a Mahogany neck that's been carved with the universally-loved Taylor Neck profile. This neck profile is specially designed to offer the maximum amount of comfort for your fretting hand, and allows you to perform at your best, whatever your playstyle. Not only that, but the Venetian Cutaway on the body allows easy access to every note on the fingerboard.
Critically Acclaimed Electronics - For when you want to amplify your sound or record your playing without setting up a mic in front of it, this guitar comes equipped with Taylor's acclaimed ES2 pickup and preamp. This pickup sits behind the saddle (rather than underneath) and is specially-designed to accurately pick up and translate the strings vibrations through to the preamp. The preamp's controls are situated on the bass-side upper bout, and allow you to control your overall output, whilst fine-tuning your bass and treble frequencies.
Hardshell Case Included - To keep the guitar safe when it's not in use, Taylor has included a deluxe hardshell case. This case features an internal accessory pocket, meaning you can keep your spare strings, capo, straps and more close to hand at all times.
