Modern Take On A Classic
The Fender Starcaster was initially released in 1976, and was discontinued just a few years later. Despite this, the guitar remains a favourite of many players the world over, due to its unique design and versatile tones.
Amongst the modern upgrades on this Contemporary Active Starcaster you'll find a sealed semi-hollow, off-set body. This results in the guitar being both resonant and resistant to unwanted feedback.
In addition to this, the guitar has been given a gorgeous Surf Pearl finish, perfectly complimented by black binding to the top and back.
High Performance
For a more modern playing experience, the guitar comes with a slim Maple neck, with a sleek "C"-shaped profile, capped with a fast-playing 12" Maple fingerboard.
When you take all of that, and factor in the adjustable bridge and stop tailpiece, you have a guitar that's ideally built for playing dynamic rock and metal riffs, as well as rock solid lead lines.
