Advanced GLX-D Rack Mount Receiver with Wireless BETA58
Marking a significant improvement over the standard series, the GLX-D Advanced Digital Wireless receivers include rack mount receiver systems, remote antennas and other accessories, making them extremely flexible for a multitude of applications and are compatible with Frequency Managers for the ultimate in convenient flexibility.
The GLX-D Advanced GLXD4R receiver also uses LINKFREQ Automatic Frequency Management, an incredible, proprietary wireless technology platform developed by Shure to optimise wireless transmitter and receiver performance in the 2.4GHz frequency band.
GLXD2/BETA58 Handheld Transmitter Microphone
A wireless version of the Shure BETA 58A; one of the most popular vocal microphones in the world.
Precision-engineered and optimised for lead vocal performance, the BETA 58A is ideal for vocalists in bands or solo singers and performers.
Working perfectly with the GLX-D Advanced Digital Wireless GLXD4R receiver, the GLXD2/BETA58 microphone wireless transmits your vocals with incredible clarity and is extremely reliable.
Typically, its range of use when indoors is up to 30m, doubling to 60m under ideal conditions so you have a lot of freedom of movement.
Easy Connectivity
Just activate the GLX-D receiver and transmitter and a link will automatically be established between them, with the GLX-D receiver continuously analysing the active RF spectrum to determine the best frequency for transmission.
Once found, the GLX-D receiver automatically links both itself and the transmitter to that frequency. To improve performance, should RF interference be detected, the GLX-D receiver and transmitter seamlessly and automatically move together to a new frequency with no audio interruption.
Rack Mountable Wireless Receiver
At the heart of your wireless system is the GLXD4R, a rack mount receiver that provides fantastic audio clarity.
An integrated battery charge port allows for convenient charging of the transmitter and has an easy to read two-colour charge indicator LED.
XLR and ¼” output connectors allow for connectivity with a huge range of equipment while a hi-res LCD screen clearly displays all necessary information.
The antennas are detachable for remote mounting while the rugged metal chassis design ensures the receiver is well protected in transit.
Easy to Use, Great Results
For maximum convenience and ease of use, the GLXD4R automatically links with Shure GLXD transmitters.
Whenever interference is detected, the GLXD4R transfers both itself and the GLXD transmitter along with it to another frequency to provide seamless, uninterrupted audio.
Shure’s legendary durability and engineering is also reflected in this wireless receiver. Built into a rugged steel chassis, the Shure GLXD4R is extremely tough which is perfect for when you take it on tour.
