Schecter Quality Crafting
The body of the TSH-1B is made from chambered Mahogany, set-neck construction sees the body joining a 3-piece Mahogany neck. The neck holds a classic Rosewood fretboard which has pearloid block inlays.
Great Hardware
For great control over your sound and adding in that all-important tremolo effect, the T S/H-1B comes equipped a Bigsby Archtop B70. Allowing those awesome tremolo effects that only a genuine Bigsby can provide, this bit of hardware adds an extra layer of visual flair to this awesome guitar.
At the top of the neck, you’ll find Schecter have installed a Graph Tech XL Ivory TUSQ nut. TUSQ is a marvellous material that is precision engineered under high heat and pressure to enhance the frequencies that remain in the guitar strings, resulting in fantastic sustain. It is also permanently lubricated so you don’t have to worry about future touch ups
At the headstock of the T S/H-1B you’ll find Grover Rotomatic 18:1 tuners. These rock solid machineheads are an upgraded version of the original Rotomatic tuners with improved, higher ratio gearing.
The new 18:1 ratio provides you with extremely fine tuning with greater stability. The finer gears used provide a much smoother tuning action a higher degree of backlash elimination. This new version of the Grover Rotomatic tuners uses the exact same housing as the original model but with all the modern, upgraded gearing inside.
Excellent Electronics
Giving the T SH-1B a unique sound and awesome tone customisability options are the two Schecter Diamond SuperRock-MH pickups, one fitted in each the neck and bridge pickup positions.
Combined with a 3-way pickup selector switch and a 2-way coil split switch, the Diamond SuperRock-MH pickups can give you a while range of tones that you can play around with to get the sound you require.
Two volume and two tone controls allow you to further enhance the blend of the sound until you find exactly the line you’re looking for.
