Sparse hammering followed by lathing and then denser HHX hammering over top gives you the 21" Sabian HHX thin ride cymbal which is thinner, darker and faster.
It features a smaller bell to give you faster spread from a ride cymbal that trends lighter in weight. As a result, you get shimmering ride tones with great sounding crash characteristics.
What's more, as with all cymbals in the Sabian HHX line, this thin ride cymbal is incredibly versatile.
