The Roland SPD:ONE ELECTRO comes packed with an impressive variety of digital percussion sounds, encapsulating everything from your simple yet crisp hand claps to the TR-808 and TD-909 drum machines that put Roland on the dance music map!

Choose from impressive sounding fat snares, cymbal sounds, hi-hats and so much more. Each sound can be manipulated and tuned to your specifications, and if that wasn’t enough, reverb/delay effects can also be added. Changing up your digital percussion sounds is easier than ever before.

In addition to the 22 sounds within the unit, you also have 12 internal sound banks at your disposal, capable of taking up to 4GB worth of WAV audio samples. Each sample can be up to 5 seconds long, allowing you to really get creative with your unit. Simply connect the Roland SPD-ONE ELECTRO to your PC or Mac via USB and drag and drop your WAV audio sample into the file that pops up. After that you’re ready to go! Each of your own samples can also be manipulated the same way as the preloaded sounds and used the same way.

The responsive trigger pad within the Roland SPD::ONE ELECTRO has been designed for use with sticks, hands as well as feet, allowing you to use it in a wide range of different setups. Whether you want to add it to your percussion set up, your drum kit, or bust out some four-on-the-floor beats with your feet, the Roland SPD::ONE ELECTRO  has got you covered. The sensitivity and trigger threshold settings can be changed quickly via the two control dials on the side of the unit to allow greater dynamics whilst the solid feel of the rubber pad with natural rebound make it a joy to play.

Add to your existing set up easily

The Roland SPD::ONE ELECTRO is small enough to fit into your backpack, guitar bag or laptop case, meaning you can take it anywhere. In addition, the small size of the unit means you can mount it on your drum kit, mic stand or desk easily! The mounting adapter is included in the box so adding it to your hi-hat, cymbal, or tom stand with a diameter between 8.0-12.7 mm is easy.

Control your DAW sounds

The Roland SPD::ONE ELECTRO is also a compact digital pad controller for your DAW. The USB-MIDI support makes controlling your software sounds a breeze and means you can add even greater dynamics to any of your existing software samples and MIDI percussion tracks.
