A Classic Refinished - Unlike a traditional Custom 24, the S2 Standard 24 Satin features a plain, solid Mahogany body with - in this case - a vintage-style McCarty Tobacco Sunburst finish. The rich, round, warm tone of this tonewood is the perfect match for its vintage-voiced pickups, and gives the guitar an understated look along with excellent resonance and an open clarity that you can hear even when it's unplugged.
Superb Playability - The Pattern Thin-shaped Mahogany neck is set in to the body, for excellent levels of natural sustain. In addition to this, a smooth Rosewood fingerboard and rounded frets result in a sleek playing feel, allowing your hands to liberally-glide over each and every note with ease.
Versatile, Vintage Electronics - Complimenting the guitar's naturally warm tone is a set of 58/15 "S" humbucker pickups, which deliver plenty of clear highs and strong mids for a vintage-style rock voice.
