Custom Quality
Retaining the classic maple top and mahogany back from the original, the S2 Custom 24 delivers the same resonant, core PRS sound. Featuring a robust solid mahogany body, in combination with a premium, carved figured maple top, the standard Custom 24 combination delivers a weighty emphasis on the low end with incredible sustain and clarity.
Joined with a sturdy mahogany neck in PRS's regular profile shape, you'll be subjected to the full 'core' PRS experience. Topped with a sultry Indian rosewood fingerboard, you'll find yourself navigating the 24 frets with incredible comfort and ease.
Elegant Electronics, Hard Wearing Hardware
Featuring a pair of custom-wound PRS TCI-tuned 85/15 "S" Humbuckers, the S2 Custom 24 offers remarkable clarity and extended tonal range thanks to the superior electronics on display. Dial in your perfect tone with the master tone and volume knobs, utilizing the 3-way blade pickup switch to nail that genre-specific sound - or if the occasion calls for it, pop the coil-split, switch to single coil and benefit from that classic twangy single coil tone!
Complete with a PRS Low Mass Locking tuner and a PRS Molded Tremolo bridge, you're guaranteed to keep this beauty perfectly in tune, no matter how much you vibrate the tremolo and shred the fretboard.
