To commemorate the 2020 Experience PRS event, which took place online in May 2020, PRS deliver an amazing electric guitar that would've been available at the event if it had taken place as the PRS factory as usual.
Not wanting to keep such a special instrument away from you, PRS has made the Experience PRS 2020 Modern Eagle V available at a select few authorised PRS dealers with only 200 of this guitar being made.

Beautiful Crafting
Beautifully made electric guitars is a hallmark of PRS and the Experience PRS 2020 Modern Eagle V is no different.
The Mahogany body features a Maple 10 top which looks particularly luxurious through the River Blue finish.
A Pattern shape Mahogany neck holds a Honduran Rosewood fretboard which offers a very playable experience for your fretting hand.
The fretboard is adorned with "Old School" Birds inlays for that classic PRS aesthetic.
Unique Switching System
Providing the incredible voice of the Experience PRS 2020 Modern Eagle V electric guitar is a HSH pickup configuration.
This consists of two TCI humbuckers in the neck and bridge pickup positions and a PRS single-coil pickup in the middle.
A 5-way blade switch is installed on the Experience PRS 2020 Modern Eagle V, giving you a wide range of tones to play with with the following options:
- Neck Pickup
- Neck and Middle Pickup
- Middle Pickup
- Middle and Bridge Pickup
- Bridge Pickup
But it doesn't stop there as the Experience PRS 2020 Modern Eagle V features two paired mini-toggles that you can use to seperate the slug-side coils.
As a result, you can turn the humbuckers into true "TCI-tuned" single-coil pickups.
A volume control allows you to set the overall output level while the tone control conceals a push/pull function which you can use to activate both humbuckers when engaged thus allowing you to use all three pickups at once.
Lastly, you'll find a third mini-toggle on the Experience PRS 2020 Modern Eagle V that allows you to change the volume put value from 500k to 250k, giving you a whole new palette of tones to perform with.
