Introduced in 1957, Promark were the first company to deliver a sustainable Japanese Oak drumstick to the drum market. Since then it has gone on to become one of their most popular sticks for drummers of all styles.
Jump to the present day and Promark have incorporated their Shira Kashi Oak sticks into the Select Balance range to provide drummers with even more options to achieve their ideal playing feel.
The Promark Shira Kashi Oak Drumsticks are available in 7a, 5a and 5b sizes and in forward and rebound models.

The change in feel comes from the short 2 ¼ inch taper which creates a forward weighted feel to provide improved power and speed.
