Gibson Memphis ES-339 Satin 2016 (Cherry) Overview
Popular with players seeking the legendary ES-335 look and tone in more compact dimensions, the ES-339 has already established itself as a modern classic.
Updated for 2016! By redesigning the dimensions of the neck, Gibson Memphis has improved the strength of the new ES-339's neck. Inside the neck is the Historic truss rod which has no tube, a proven known to enhance the guitar's resonance and sustain. The Burstbucker 1 & 2 pickups are made in the image of the hallowed PAF humbucker, with a little extra power in the bridge position.
Hardware-wise a locking stopbar tailpiece improves vibrational transfer to maximize sustain and supremely durable titanium bridge saddles provide enhanced sustain, presence and clarity. Fitted tan hardshell case included.
