We aim to provide updates as soon as possible following government and local recommendations and guidelines.
Following the government announcement on Monday, 4th January 2021, all PMT Store across the UK are now closed for in-store shopping, we will continue to service click and collect orders at each of our stores safely.
STORE OPENING HOURS
All stores are open for click & collect service only;
- Monday - Saturday - 09:30am - 6:00pm
- Sunday - 11:00am - 5:00pm
Store Collection Update
All stores currently remain open for store collection (Click & Collect Orders), only items in stock at your local store can be ordered for click and collect.
- You can collect any in-stock items within two working hours at your nearest PMT Store
- Check the Local Stock availability for any product using the store ‘Check Stock’ widget on each product page of the website.
- Add the item to your basket, choose Click & Collect at the Checkout, and you'll receive E-Mail instructions to Collect safely In-Store.
The government has made it mandatory for customers to wear a face mask inside shops, however we understand that some individuals may not be able to wear a face mask due to health reasons.
We ask all customers to please adhere to these requirements when visiting your local PMT store and respect our colleagues at all times. Thank you for your cooperation while we work to keep all our customers and colleagues safe.
We are working hard to deliver your order within the timescales of your chosen delivery method, but please note that with the current situation there may be some delays - we will keep you updated via email.
Once you have placed your order we will keep you updated via email, if you have not received your delivery within the expected delivery timescale we’d advise the following;
- For orders less than 3 days over your delivery date please use your tracking number in dispatch email to track your parcel online
Product Availability Update
Many of our global suppliers have seen large scale disruption and we are working with them to bring these products into stock as quickly as possible for our customers. We will endeavour to provide regular updates for orders that have been placed and are awaiting supplier delivery.
