The Ibanez SR370E Sapphire Blue bass guitar is part of the modern range of Soundgear bass guitars from Ibanez. Due to its sleek body and comfortable, slim neck the Soundgear basses have been favourites among new bassists and advanced bassists alike for nearly three decades.This latest edition of the iconic instrument has introduced new PowerSpan Dual Coil pickups and the new Ibanez Custom Electronic three-band EQ with three-way Power Tap switch so you have the same look and feel of the classic bass but with upgraded and modern tone.

Developed in-house by Ibanez, the PowerSpan Dual Coil pickups feature exposed pole pieces which produce a stronger signal and increase high frequency response without sacrificing the low end, resulting in a tone that is rich with harmonic detail and dynamic expression.With the Ibanez SR370E you get full control over a wide variety of high quality, professional bass tones thanks to its three-band EQ working together with the coil tap switch. Switching between tones and pickups has never been so quick and easy; giving you more time to play with no fuss – particularly important in a live performance situation.
Quality Ibanez Bass Guitar
When it comes to crafting their guitars, Ibanez only use the best quality wood. The SR370E has a solid body made of maple which emphasises the brighter attack frequencies. The neck of the SR370E is famous for its slim and easy to play profile.
The SR370E’s 5pc maple/rosewood constructed neck provides excellent strength and stability while also improving the instrument’s sustain and the matte finish allows for the player’s palm to slide up and down the neck effortlessly.
This particular Ibanez bass guitar also features the Accu-cast B120 bridge. This bridge has been engineered to optimise the transmission of the string vibration to give you full, rich tone while lengthening the sustain. The B120 bridge also makes it easier to change strings and adjust the intonation of your SR370 bass and the extra-wide string slots can accommodate the heaviest string gauges so you can comfortably play any style or tuning.
