Along with the Jake Bowen signature guitar the 2016 Iron Label series represents the return of the RGA models from Ibanez. Further Ibanez have worked with DiMarzio to create a distinctive new sound, marking the return of a high performance favourite among rock/metal guitarists.

In 2016, Ibanez is proud to reintroduce RGA models, as a part of the Iron Label series.
The new RGAIX6FM-TGF features brand new DiMarzio Fusion Edge pickups that were the result of a direct collaboration between DiMarzio and Ibanez. They provide great clarity and a very smooth response, satisfying the current demands of players in today’s progressive metal scene. Also featured is a coil tap switch, which helps expand on the guitar’s tonal range by providing split-coil options.
The Flamed Maple top, Nitro Wizard 3pc Maple/Bubinga neck and Ebony fretboard all add up to give the guitar a tight low-end and quick response that is preferred in today’s metal. Other features include a Gibraltar Standard II bridge as well as locking tuners. The new RGA Iron Label is a perfect choice for the metal player looking for a more modern guitar that features the ultimate in both sound and playability.
Ibanez Electric Guitars 2016 This year sees the return of the RGA design in both the Iron Label range and Jake Bowen signature guitars, slick looks and mighty sounds aplenty. The new Talman Prestige guitars offer something a little different for Ibanez, with a really classic look and sound, perfect for rockers and blues players. Semi-acoustic players are similarly spoiled with affordable relic finishes and an update to the popular George Benson signature, Japanese crafted & fitted with specially designed pickups.
