Super Sleek Neck
Slim, fast, secure and durable; a big reason why the RG421 is so fun to play is the Wizard III Maple neck and its classic Rosewood fretboard.
Offering unlimited playability for the most demanding of guitarists and featuring a two octave (24 fret) fretboard offering a huge tonal range, you have to play the Wizard III neck to see understand what all the fuss is about.
Quantum Pickups
Two Quantum pickups, passive ceramic humbuckers, provide the roaring sound required for this beast of a guitar.
Accelerated bass response provides extremely fast tracking of super-fast staccato riffing while providing pure and precise high-end articulation and powerfully crushing mid-range.
Versatile Pickup Options
A 5-way pickup selector switch offers different combinations of the two Quantum pickups, with the 4th position putting the neck pickup into a parallel connected setting to give you an extra tonal flavour.
Completing the electronics setup; two control knobs allow adjustment of the overall volume and tone of your sound.
