Made entirely from maple nad having a natural finish, the body of the Ibanez PM200 is absolutely gorgeous.
Maple is a particularly popular wood for semi-acoustic guitars such as the Ibanez PM200 due to its great resonance and bright tone.
With a single cutaway, the PM200 Pat Metheny signature guitar allows for easy reach of the upper frets making for easy high-flying solos.
Attached to the body is an African mahogany PM neck which holds a smooth, bound ebony fretboard.
Atop this fretboard, you'll find 22 medium frets for great all-around playability.
Furthermore, these frests have received a Prestige fret edge treatment so they're beautifully smooth and comfortable to play.
