Starting with the GB10 in 1977, George Benson and Ibanez have had a partnership that has lasted over 40 years. George Benson had a vision for the perfect Hollow Body Guitar and matched with Ibanez, developed the George Benson series of guitars.

Finished in a striking Jet Blue Burst the GB10EM Electric Hollow Body is a perfect addition to the GB series of Ibanez Instruments.
Wanting to offer an instrument that is obtainable and affordable by everyone, George's GB10EM was introduced.
Hollow body Greatness
With a single cutaway hollow body, this guitar resonates with sensitivity and warmth, producing mellow overtones, perfect for jazz playing and gentle chording.
The Nyatoh neck with a 22 fret Walnut Fretboard makes fretting this guitar easy and comfortable giving the guitarist confidence for playing on stage, at home or in the studio.
This guitar features the iconic GB Headstock which finishes off this guitars traditional looks and George Benson styling.
Mini Humbuckers
A pair of Magic-Touch Mini Humbuckers are installed to the GB10EM. These pickups, combined together with the hollow body and the flatwound D'Addario strings, lets the guitar sing with a rounded clear mellow sound, ideal for those jazz standards and lead fingerpicking.
With 2 volume and 2 tone knobs, all controlled by a 3-way toggle switch, this guitar features a range of tone options available, making this George Benson Signature guitar extremely versatile and playable for chord work and fretting alike offering a plethora of sonic jazz capabilities.
