Being a dreadnought style electro-acoustic guitar, the Ibanez AW70ECE provides a broad range of tones with great bottom end and a lot of volume.
This broad tonal spectrum is not just due to the size and shape of the Ibanez AW70ECE but also its solid Sitka spruce top.
Not only does this excellent top wood give you fantastic tone from the start, it'll get better with time. Being a solid top, as the spruce ages it'll give you richer, more resonant tone.
Providing enhanced playability, the dreadnought body features a cutaway so the Ibanez AW70ECE grants easy access to the upper frets.
The mahogany neck features a satin finish on the back too, giving you smooth and comfortable playability.
Fishman Electronics
A Fishman Sonicore pickup captures all the vibrations from your strings, transferring them with incredible accuracy to the Ibanez AEQ-SP2 preamp.
This preamp has separate bass, treble and volume controls right there on the guitar so you can get your sound just right.
Furthermore, a built-in tuner allows you tune the Ibanez AW70ECE whenever you want while a low battery indicator lets you know when it's time to change the battery.
