Altstar Style
The mid to large size Altstar body of the Ibanez ALT30 gives you the great range and strong low end of a dreadnought while the cutaway grants easy access to the upper frets.
Spruce has been used for the Ibanez ALT30’s top because of its broad range and tonal versatility. The back and sides are made from Sapele which adds pronounced midrange along with bright trebles.
Attached to the body is a Maple Altstar neck which holds a Laurel fretboard adorned with specially designed Altstar inlays which had to the great looks of this fantastic electro-acoustic guitar.
Great Sounding Electronics
The combination of an Ibanez under saddle pickup and AEQ2UT preamp gives you great sound when you plug the ALT30 in to an acoustic amp or directly into the PA or mixer.
A built-in tuner means you can tune your guitar whenever you want without needing to bring along an inconvenient separate tuner.
Separate bass and treble knobs allow you to get your tone just perfect while a volume control allows you to adjust your overall output level.
High Quality Hardware
Six chrome finished die-cast tuners have been installed on the headstock, providing secure tuning.
On the body of the Ibanez ALT30 is a laurel bridge sporting Ibanez Advantage bridge pins.
These bridge pins have been specially shaped to ensure easy re-stringing while a flared base prevents them from being pushed in too far.
Furthermore, they have a tapered end so the ball end of your strings doesn’t pull on them as you tune up.
