High gain power and lightweight comfort
The secret to the G5622T Electromatic Centre Block Double Cutaway's excellent sound production comes courtest of the chambered spruce centre block and the dual Super HiLo'Tron humbuckers. Whilst the centre block helps to minimise feedback at all voluemts, the Humbuckers work tireless to produce an incredibly broad range of tones - from brilliant highs to mellow lows and everything in between. As a result this affordable premium quality guitar adds a modern edge to the classic 1950's sound that Gretsch are so famous for producing.
To add even more authenticity, the excellent Bigsby B70 vibrato unit works wonderfully alongside the Anchorded Adjusto-Matic bridge, allowing you the option of including vibrato/tremolo effects into your playing without affecting the guitar's intonation. Additionally the G5622T Electromatic Centre Block houses a host of stylish premium features that you'd expect from a Gretsch guitar: a pair of F Holes, pearloid "thumbnail" style fretmarkers, a cream plexi pickguard (with gold Gretsch logo) and beautiful Vintage Orange finish. This classy guitar looks every bit as stylish as it sounds and would make a welcome addition to any instrument collection.
