The wonderful tones produced by the G5622T Electromatic are the result of a combined effort between the chambered spruce centre block and the dual Super HiLo'Tron humbuckers, resulting in increased dynamic resonance and a timbre not usually found outside of Gretsch guitars. The centre block minimises any feedback issues, allowing you to make full use of the high-output humbuckers to your heart's content, whilst the pickups themselves voice an awesome range of tones - from brilliant highs to mellow lows and everything in between - deliving a bold, dynamic and articulate tone with enhanced sonic punch.
To make the authentic look and feel complete, the excellent Bigsby B70 vibrato unit works wonderfully in tandem with the Anchored Adjusto-Matic bridge, allowing you the option of including vibrato/tremolo effects into your playing without affecting the guitar's intonation.
Additionally, the G6522T Electromatic sports an array of stylish features, such as: a pair of F Holes, pearloid "thumbnail" style fretmarkers, a cream plexi pickguard (with gold Gretsch logo) and beautiful Georgia Green finish. This classy guitar looks every bit as stylish as it sounds and would make a welcome addition to any instrument collection.
