Perfect Body and Neck Design
You'll notice the Gretsch G5230T's body is snug and tight fit. Comfortable to perform with. Crafted out of Mahogany and chambered, this body really works superbly with those Filter'Tron pickups, resonating vastly across whatever is in front of your amplifier.
What's more, the chambering makes this G5230T lightweight. Perfect for throwing around in the midst of a guitar solo.
Attached is a Thin 'U' profile neck making fretting easy and quick. You'll have no issue moving with speed up and down, forming chords and single notes on the Laurel fingerboard with medium jumbo frets.
Fat Filter'Tron Pickups
Working in conjunction with the G5230T's Mahogany body is a pair of Black Top Filter'Tron pickups. Offering a raw and powerful output, they bring a glassy fat offering to the guitars output.
The balanced frequencies create fluent lows and mids, with a high-end clarity for perfect note precision.
Furthermore, this Gretsch comes with a treble-bleed circuit, which delivers larger clarity amongst higher tones when the master volume is rolled off. Take control using all the Gretsch's knobs, letting you easily create a distinctive and iconic guitar tone.
Bigsby Breakdown and Top Hardware
This guitar comes with a classic Bigsby tremolo allowing you to add those shimmering trem sounds to your solos and breakdowns.
The Gretsch tuners add stability to the overall guitar, matched with the anchored Adjusto-Matic bridge.
With finishing touches, such as the G-Arrow control knobs and Silver Plexi Pickguard, this Gretsch looks the bee's knees! A retro-inspired workhouse, at your fingertips.
