Designed with three points in mind; high gain-friendly performance, easy playability and spectacular style – the G2655T is one sleek electric guitar.
Gretsch have crafted the body of the G2655T from laminated Maple with a beautiful Flagstaff Sunset finish.
Being a Gretsch Centre Block Jr. the G2655T features a lightweight spruce centre block which runs through the entire length of the body.
The benefits of the centre block are three-fold; firstly, it does a great job of reinforcing the top and secondly it aids in eliminating unwanted feedback so you can play with confidence at any volume on any stage. Lastly, you’ll also find that increased sustain is another great benefit of centre blocks.
Gretsch Broad’Tron Humbuckers
Specifically designed by Gretsch’s own expert engineers for use in the Streamliner series; the Broad’Tron humbucker is a high output pickup that delivers strong lows, clear highs and punch midrange for a great, unique tone that blends in well with a rock ‘n’ roll or jazz band set up.
Find your own voice with the G2665’s traditional control layout featuring neck and bridge pickup volume controls, a master tone control, master volume control and a three-way pickup selector switch allowing you to select each pickup individually or a combination of the two.
Comfortable Neck and Great Hardware
A white-bound Nato neck with an extremely comfortable thin “U”-shaped profile allows for nice chord work and easy riffing. Sitting atop this neck is a fast-playing, classic Rosewood fingerboard with a 12” radius. Elegant pearloid block inlays mark the positions along the 22 medium jumbo sized frets.
Adjusto-matic bridge combination with an anchored base and a synthetic bone nut aiding sustain and stability.
Adding to that classic look and giving you incredible vibrato control is the Bigsby B50 tailpiece. Giving you that awesome, old-school tremolo sound that only a Bigsby can provide – the tremolo arm on the G2655T is extremely fun to play.
Combining this Bigsby tailpiece and the Adjusto-matic bridge gives you incredible tuning stability and with the nice partnership between this hardware and the synthetic bone nut you can enjoy incredible sustain and stability.

The G2655T Streamlier Centre Block Jr. comes with all the awesome, vintage-style you want from Gretsch. From the classic F holes, elegant two-ply white and black body binding, nickel hardware and black pickguard with Gretsch logo along with the arched laminated maple semi-hollow body construction – the G2655T is a beauty.
